Your Ear Bone
The Latest in Great Music
UPDATES AND FEATURES

Let's push things forward

The latest offerings from talented musicians is mind-blowing as is well represented in the name of oneof the acts in this month's Your Ear Bone, The Blow. Fronted by Khaela Maricich (and at this point, including no one else), this Oregon outfit has made some original jams with the talented lyricist Marichich and insturmentalist Jona Bechtolt, who is evidently not with the band any more.

But music isn't the only great thing happening in the world of music recently. Radiohead has recently released its new album In Rainbows, but you can't find it in you local Tower Records store (if there are any of those left). The new album, which is very good can only be found at the band's website. And the kicker is that the band has decided to let the consumer decide what price they will pay for the music. Absolutely brilliant. The latest I've heard is that they are averaging $8 a download—well done producers and consumers.

Fiest's jam "I Feel It All," from her great album Reminder, and an oldie by Your Ear Bone standards—Idaho's "You Flew", round out this month's four tracks.
